After the Pathway Audit
The audit found the breakpoints. Now we fix them.
The Pathway Build turns your prioritised audit findings into working sales infrastructure. Your CRM, sales process, client journey, team responsibilities and reporting are connected, built and tested inside the business, so everyone knows what happens next.
A focused conversation about your audit findings, what should be built first and whether the work should be delivered in one engagement or in phases.
From diagnosis to implementation
You know what is getting in the way. The build changes how the business works.
Your Pathway Audit identified the breakpoints, what is causing them and what should change first. The Pathway Build turns that sequenced plan into systems, processes and clear ways of working while your team continues running the business.
The priorities are connected. Follow-up affects conversion. Handover affects delivery. Client experience affects retention and referrals. Building the right pieces in the right order prevents one improvement from creating another bottleneck elsewhere.
Clear ownership
Everyone knows what they own
Leads, proposals, handovers, client check-ins and renewals have a named owner, a clear next action and a deadline.
Consistent follow-through
Momentum continues between stages
Follow-up, proposals, onboarding and renewal activity happen at the right time, with fewer opportunities relying on memory or inbox searches.
Reliable visibility
You can see what is happening
Live data shows pipeline health, conversion, sales activity and client retention, giving you a firmer basis for decisions and forecasting.
The five Ps diagnostic
The audit finds the cause. The build follows the evidence.
The Pathway Audit looks across five connected areas to identify where the infrastructure is weakest, how the problems are linked and which changes will have the greatest commercial impact.
How clearly the offer, message and buyer journey communicate who you help, what you solve and why the work matters.
Positioning
Pipeline
How leads are captured, tracked, followed up and moved forward, including ownership, stage definitions and pipeline quality.
How work moves from first enquiry through sales, handover, onboarding, delivery, renewal and referral.
Process
People
Whether roles, responsibilities, skills, management routines and accountability support the way the business needs to sell and serve clients.
Whether the data, KPIs, forecasting and review routines give you a reliable view of what is working and where attention is needed.
Performance
The five Ps are the diagnostic lens. Only the recommendations identified as priorities move into the Pathway Build, in the order that makes the greatest commercial difference.
What the work may include
Your implementation is shaped by what the audit found.
The final scope may draw from several areas below or focus on one urgent phase first. Every deliverable is confirmed before work begins.
CRM and pipeline
GoHighLevel architecture
Pipeline stages, lead capture, ownership, tasks, reminders and internal notifications configured around the way your business sells. Each active opportunity has a clear status and next action.
Follow-up and conversion
Consistent sales follow-through
Nurture sequences, follow-up prompts, sales call structures, qualification criteria and proposal workflows built to keep opportunities moving and give the team a consistent approach.
Client journey
Handover and onboarding
Clear internal handovers, welcome communications, onboarding checklists and client touchpoints that carry the relationship forward after the sale.
Retention and growth
Renewals, expansion and referrals
Check-in cadences, renewal triggers, feedback points and referral processes introduced early enough for the team to act while the relationship is strong.
People and adoption
Ownership, training and documentation
Roles, responsibilities and review routines clarified. Your team is trained on the new systems and receives practical documentation it can use in day-to-day work and when new people join.
Performance and efficiency
Reporting, AI and automation
Dashboards, KPIs and review routines created around the decisions you need to make. AI and automation are added where they reduce manual work, improve consistency or give the team better information.
GoHighLevel is the primary platform I implement and the platform used when a CRM build or migration is included. If your current CRM can support the audit recommendations, we will assess whether retaining it is commercially sensible before any migration is agreed.
How the build works
Prioritised, phased and tested in your business
You have full visibility throughout the engagement. Each phase has defined deliverables and review points, then it is built and tested with the people who will use it. You can commission the full roadmap or begin with the most urgent phase.
Priorities and build plan
Your audit findings are translated into a sequenced plan with named deliverables, review points, timing and a fixed price. The proposal also shows whether the work is best commissioned as one engagement or in separate phases.
Phased build and testing
Each agreed area is designed, configured and tested with your team using real workflows and agreed data. Feedback is dealt with at each review point before the next phase begins.
Training and handover
Your team is trained on the systems and processes included in the scope. Practical documentation supports day-to-day use, management reviews and the onboarding of future team members.
Thirty-day performance review
One month after handover, we review the live data, team adoption and any questions that have surfaced. Agreed refinements are made and documented as part of the engagement.
A note on phasing. A focused first phase may address one urgent breakpoint. A wider build may run for six to twelve weeks across several connected priorities. Every phase has its own deliverables, timing and cost, so you can approve the full roadmap or begin where the commercial need is greatest.
The right fit
For established businesses ready to implement what the audit found
The Pathway Build is designed for established service businesses with an active pipeline, existing clients and a team involved in sales or delivery. It is the next step when the infrastructure underneath the business needs focused implementation.

Who does the building
Sales infrastructure shaped by 30+ years of commercial experience.
I have spent more than 30 years in B2B sales as a commission-only closer, sales director, trainer and Fractional Sales Director. I have personally closed more than £1M in sales and worked across the full client pathway, from the first conversation to long-term account growth.
That experience shapes the practical detail of every build. The process has to hold up during a busy week. The CRM has to make sense to the people using it. The reporting has to help managers make decisions. The handover has to work when a new person joins the team.
I am GoHighLevel certified, so the commercial design and the technical implementation are handled as one connected piece of work.
Investment
A defined scope. A fixed price.
Pathway Builds start from £8,000. The Pathway Audit, from £3,000, is a separate engagement covering the diagnosis, findings and Pathway Blueprint. The build fee covers implementation of the agreed priorities, so the diagnostic work is carried forward without being repeated.
Your proposal confirms every deliverable, review point, timeline and cost. Any change to scope is agreed in writing.
You can approve the full roadmap or begin with the phase carrying the greatest commercial priority. Each phase has a defined scope and price.
One month after handover, we review live performance and team adoption, then complete the agreed refinements.
Software and subscriptions
Configuration and implementation are included in the agreed build fee. Ongoing GoHighLevel subscription charges, email or SMS usage, paid integrations and other third-party software are paid separately by the client.
Data migration
Agreed migration work is included when it is named in the proposal. The scope confirms the source systems, record types, fields, volume and level of data cleaning. Additional cleansing, enrichment or migration from further systems is priced separately.

After the build
The infrastructure is yours. Your team runs it.
Your team finishes the engagement with working systems, practical documentation, live reporting and the training to manage the new way of working with confidence.
Some businesses take full ownership from there. Others move into The Pathway Partnership from £3,500 a month, where I stay involved as a Fractional Sales Director: coaching the team, reviewing performance and continuing to strengthen the infrastructure as the business grows.
About the PartnershipQuestions, answered
Before the build begins
What does the Pathway Build cost?
Builds start from £8,000, with every deliverable, review point, timeline and cost fixed in your proposal before work begins. Any change to scope is agreed in writing.
Do I need the Pathway Audit first?
Yes. The build implements the priorities the Pathway Audit identified, working from the blueprint it produced. That diagnostic work is carried forward into the build, so nothing is investigated twice.
Does the build have to happen all at once?
No. The work is phased, and you can approve the full roadmap or begin with the phase carrying the greatest commercial priority. Each phase is agreed, built and reviewed before the next begins.
How involved does my team need to be?
The build is tested with your team throughout, and training is part of the work rather than an afterthought. You will need availability for reviews and training sessions, because infrastructure a team has not adopted is just software.
Which CRM do you build in?
Usually GoHighLevel, where the sales process, follow-up, onboarding, renewals and dashboards can live in one system. Where your existing CRM can carry the agreed workflows, that is assessed at the design stage before anything is committed.
The next step
Let’s decide what should be built first.
On the strategy call, we will review the priority findings, decide whether the work should be delivered in one engagement or in phases, and outline the likely scope, timing and investment. If another next step makes more commercial sense, I will tell you.
